The Luau Factory uses the freshest and finest ingredients available, many of our ingredients are flown in directly from the islands. Our chefs take great pride in creating delicious innovative and traditional entrees that infuses the local island taste.
There are two main options to choose from when it comes to catering.
DROP-OFF Service is great for people who are on a budget but still want delicious Hawaiian food. The food is delivered to you hot and are held in disposable aluminum pans. These pans are designed to be dropped into standard industrial size chafers to keep the food warm. These pans can also be reheated in an oven. To use the drop off service, simply select the Ala Carte Menu. Delivery charges will vary depending on the distance.
FULL SERVICE CATERING
The Full Service option includes; delivery of the food, a staff that will set up the buffet line by providing chafers & warmers, chafing fuel, serving utensils for each entree, large serving bowls for cold foods such as salads. The staff will rotate the food, breakdown the service line, and pack any remaining food that is left over for you. Serving utensils such as disposable forks, knives, plates, and napkins are provided. Decorations such as silk flowers and kukui nuts are also displayed on the table. We simply ask that you provide your own buffet table and table linen. The Poipu Menu and Diamond Head Menus are full-service menus. All full service options that require staffing will include a gratuity charge of 18% toward the total.
